but I didn't take charge at all. I arranged a postal vote back last summer (after only 10yrs of being overseas!) but haven't a clue how it works and no time to find out. Isn't that sad. And I don't even know which party is in the majority either in my borough or county councils. My parents' area hasn't changed in about 30yrs and you couldn't imagine it being anything but what it is. I suspect my little enclave might be the opposite way, but the rest of the country probably isn't.

I've done grocery shopping today, taken my car for its service and (overdue) MOT!!! - oops! Also went to the school for my hour or so of volunteering while DH had a meeting about logistics. The other car gets serviced tomorrow.
