Well, heck, found a recipe in my Chevy's cookbook

After I posted this it occured to me that my trusty Chevy's Fresh Mex Cookbook must have this recipe, and shurnuff, thar she wuz.

It's an elegantly simple recipe that tasted great. I put too much cilantro in it, but that can be fixed in the morning by putting more tomatillos, onions, and jalapenos in it. But I love cilantro so I might just leave it as is.

However, if you do have a good recipe, do share, I can compare!
