I Used Cloth
And loved them. I had regular, plain cloth diapers that I folded to fit inside a wrap with velcro on it. I didn't mind the washing, just did one load a day. I had asked for the diapers for my shower, and I got enough for 3 days! I just always rinsed dirty ones in the toilet and threw them in a 5 gallon bucket until I was reay to wash them, which I usually did after supper. I would throw them in the dryer on my way to bed, and had a bunch ready to go each morning.
DD5 was unexpected (after 8 years of infertility) and all my diapers had been turned into rags and the coveres handed down, so she was a disposables baby.
