This is all I have at TNH on the subject, but becoming aware of your cycles is a good first step if you haven't already done so. Be sure you've been checked out, both of you, for problems. Secondary infertility is not uncommon, but I will say that John and I had given up after Josie and now we have Louisa. It took 3 years for us too.
