I'm back on the wagon...
I actually did very well with exercise during our vacation: ran/walked my 5 miles twice and took a spinning class, which I only made it through half of before my knee gave out.
I ate like a hog, but managed to only gain one pound, so not too shabby.
Once we got back I was hit with some virus that made me dizzy and sick to my stomach and headachy. I am over that and back on the treadmill today! Whoo-Hoo!
Ran 3.5 miles, walked 1.5
Back with healthy eating too. I didn't eat badly when I was sick, but I had no appitite and ate bland things when I did eat.
I made a date with my half marathon partner to do a 5 miler on saturday, so that should keep me on the up-and-up the rest of the week.
Hows about the rest of yous?
