Check-in/Check-up!

Hey, friends! Wassssssssup?

Come ON! I know you've not all given up your healthy goals already, have you?

Maybe the anti-caffiene crew is drooping? (I did switch us to half regular/half decaf without any trouble!)

I realized that my dream of "5 more pounds" lost before vacation "ain't" gonna happen...at the rate I'm losing it will take me that much time to hit 10 pounds. I'm losing about half a pound a week and I've decided to be o-kay with that right now! I'm not wiling to cut my food intake any more...and frankly I just haven't been motivated to exercise, either.

Anyway! The new (old) goal is 10 pounds off by March 25 (only 1.5 pounds to go!) Then I have to attempt to NOT gain it all back the next week...Aunt Flo will probably tag along on vacation which won't make my food chioces any easier. Sticking out tongue

We (the family) have a crazy week this week with something to do every evening until NEXT Monday! I've stocked the fridge with healthy "on-the-go" foods...but I know that there will be desserts at at least three of the events...and two others are "dinners" so I'll need to be pretty watchful.

(sigh)

Come on, ladies! Check-in/Check-up! Spring is just around the corner!
