I pick regular exercise
I've been walking a few times a week but not every day, and I want to bring it up to every day. So that's mine.
My food diary has been going pretty well. I figured out that during the times in my life when I was heavily averse to food and got malnutrition, I got in the habit of eating very quickly so that I could force down as much as possible without tasting any of the yucky food stuff. Now that I have more of a normal feeling about food, I have to remind myself to slow back down to a normal pace. So my portion sizes and sugar consumption have decreased.
We are ordering pizza tonight though. But smaller than we usually do, and I am going to eat some leftover soup before I eat my pizza. DH is trying to lose weight as well so he is having salad with his.
