My experience
I've had my own bit of the doldrums this winter too. I am hoping it is just seasonal. Really not like me. I know that my "rhythm" has changed as far as my lifestyle - working now everyday - getting up early and leaving the house by 7:00. NOt a lot of downtime for me at home. My life has changed and my mind hasn't caught up to it yet. This week off is helping some I think. I am also trying to eat healthier, take my vitamins, and exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Oh and sleep of course.
