Yes, I need to do something.
I am 5'6 and weigh 163. I am in a 12. My closet is full of 8's and 10's.
I need to cut out DR. PEPPER! I know that. Do I do it? No. It is not just the caffeine, it's the empty calories, about 500 extra a day!
I also need to get moving, ON A REGULAR BASIS. I go good for a bit and then it is hit and miss!
I was 132 pre 2 babies. I want to be 140 and live comfortably!
