Yes indeedy, I've got a new and very busy life but it does not seem to peel the pounds off. I'm with you guys.
I've been giving a great deal of thought lately to getting more active. Busy and active are not quite the same for me. Busy tends to be chaotic but not exactly focussed.
I recall back before my move that I vowed to begin a walking and pilates routine once I was settled. Well...that did not happen, and I got myself busy with a number of other things that did not involve walking at all.
Right now:
-I hate my hair
-I despise my wardrobe
-My body feels OOLLLLD!!!...and creaky
-I'm toting about 50lbs more than I should
-I don't sleep right
-I drink waaaay to much coffee
-I smoke
-I sit around and think about exercising
-I spend even more time thinking up ways to exorcise that don't involve exorcising(or sweating)
Before I go on, is that how you spell exorcise? It doesnt look right lol .
I can't say for sure how often I'll get to posting on here, but I sure do need to make the effort.
Is there any danger that this thread and the Making Changes thread will start to read the same??
