keeping it simple over here... baked potatoes, bacon and probably sweetcorn. Couldn't find any nice cobs here so it'll likey be canned though I did quite well with veg at the supermarket.

need to replan my meals because I didn't want any of the things I put down before we went away! Just bought some fresh minced beef and onion pies so that'll probably be for later in the week.

Lenora - what goes in the creamed chicken?? I have a premonition it involves soup, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed anyway!
