Weight Watchers...

But I always lose 3-5 pounds the first week I start...water weight, probably. I have to remember that the first week is NOT normal... and that 1-2 pounds a week is healthy, realistic, and more likely to stay off....

I've been tracking my points for 6 days...am I there yet? Eye-wink
