Nothing bad actually happened, just had to do a lot of unpleasant chores.

TADA:
-got some cat food (free! free samples at the vet's office!)
-bought dishwasher detergent and cleaning supplies
-worked on my California taxes until my eyes bugged out
-went to the DMV

I still need to do some studying, but I promised DH I would go to a concert with him tonight. He doesn't want to go either, but we're both sort of obligated so we're going to share the misery.
