I'd try those closet organizer type stores

What you'll mostly find in the US are a)the wooden accordion style ones--they come in several sizes, or b)the umbrella clothes line contraption that stays outside. May advice on the umbrella one, not that anyone asked, is: don't ever, ever take it down for winter then try to put it back up again in spring. The lines will tangle brutally. Just collapse it, leave it up, and put a tarp over it for winter.

Do you mind buying over the internet, or do you need a physical store? There's one like you mentioned at this store in California but if you don't happen to live in Santa Rosa, you'd have to shop from either their catalog (which they will mail to you) or their online store.

Good luck!
