we were offered the bashed neeps and tatties with haggis at the house of a magician neighbour, many years ago at New Year. I politely declined them all (having tasted the haggis before, honest!) and then felt guilty so I had a couple of glasses of whisky instead... bad move to be that drunk when the host is a magician. I was an obvious victim and to this day I have no idea how those sponge balls got in my hand!
