Normally it snows more in Jan and Feb here across the water from Seattle. Granted, it's raining (what's new?) but I have DAFFODILLS, HYACINTHS, AND CROCUSES sending up shoots!!!!!!! My Hydrangea had 1/2 inch+ leaf buds all over it! It snowed for a few days in November, and that's been about it. How strange!
