No, really, it is sunny today!
I had a good PhD hour this morning, so I'm feeling a bit bouyed up by that. Having said that, at the moment I'm drinking the think I was meant to cut down this new year - instant coffee. I am basically down to one cup a day now, so things are improving.
Kerri, sounds like you need to spend some serious down time this afternoon. How about a nap?
Bed and up times are improving, we're getting much better at getting into bed by 10.30 and getting up is getting better
I can see some of the wood on my desk!!! I did some stuff yesterday I'd been putting off for ages, hope I might have another session today, but I've got to do some reading for a study session at our old Meeting House tonight, so I may not get round to it.
My only thought to add to vitamin B discussions is that I took them for a while, but they gave me PMS-type symptoms (grouchy and blue!
), so if you do take them and suddenly find yourself biting everyone's head off, it could be that.
