Well it's Monday, isn't it? I'm "taking charge" of my kitchen cupboards this week...thinking about rearranging a few things and moving some things to my storage shelves in the basement. For example: I use my blender maybe once every three months...and when I do, it is for something "planned." SO! I'm sending the blender to the basement which will free up a chunk of space in a base cabinet, to where I will move the cereal...so I can add a double row of canned stuff to the lazysusan...where I can see/reach/use it easily!
The other "mess" I need to sort is my storage containers/lids.
Cleaning the oven is also on the "must do" list, as I haven't done that since last summer. YIKES!
I've done most of my regular Monday "sweep-and-swipe," so I need to finish that...I'll probably give the DDs an extra chore-or-two later.
My plans for the MLK event today got pushed aside: DD10.5 spent the night with MIL and DD15.5 left early this morning to spend the day helping friends of ours who are getting ready to move into a new home.
That leaves me quite alone at the moment...and not at all inclined to get working...
