Hello!
Food so far has been
Breakfast peanut butter (crunchy kind) and organic strawberry jam on brown spelt bread made by DH. With earl grey tea and milk.
Reward for doing housework all morning - two ginger oat biscuits, they have partially inverted sugar, but nothing else obviously dodgy.
Lunch - Lentil soup leftovers (made by DH last night), and a Russian chocolate, but I'd have to apply to a Russian speaker for the ingredients!
Bit of a naughty morning, so far
It's all those rewards for housework done. But at least the housework is done!!
My challenges for this week are STILL the bed times, can't quite crack that one. Will try harder. Also sort out my desk, which is one big chaos right now.
Off to make supper - farinata (chickpea pancakes), organic lamb chops and some other vegetable, depending on what I can find in the fridge or the pantry!
