Having been sick since the 27th, today is the first day I felt up to getting off the sofa, so you can imagine the state of my house. Presents piled up all over the living room, hardly an inch of counter space in the kitchen, tons of laundry to do (with the added challenge that DS broke one of the clothes airers and the drier has broken). Goals for the rest of this week are

1. Put the decorations away in the loft.
2. Get DS to write his thank you letters.
3. Catch up on some laundry

I'm breaking myself in gently - more plans for next week.
