There's a software program called Discover Intensive Phonics, which (like Lexia) is also pricy, but well worth it. The publisher's website is www.readinghorizons.com. It is all voice narrated, and it teaches the kids how to sound out words by interacting with the words using special markings. My neighbor's kids absolutely loved the games included in the program.
