Wonderful!
The first recipe I've found so far for wheat free waffles that wasn't horrible! They were actually quite good, even the leftovers the next day were good.
We've been challenged to find wheat-, corn-, oat-, tapioca-, etc.- free recipes for the stuff we really really crave, like pancakes, waffles, pizza dough, etc. This is the first recipe book that's been able to give me rice flour recipes without any tapioca flour.
She's careful to explain which recipes are and are not gluten free and how to convert them, too.
I should try to go for the Paleo Food diet, but right now we love our grains too much. Maybe when The Big Dark comes, till then, pass the bread, please! :tin foil hat rustles:
Anyway, it's a great cookbook!
