I made this up for our Women's Fellowship meeting today and it was a BIG hit, Zilla! There were about 11 ladies so I doubled the recipe and it was almost all gone by the end of lunch. Rave reviews! No one had tasted anything like it before. Light, crunchy, sweet but not overly so...it's yuuuumy. I thought you should know how much the recipe was appreciated across the pond.
