I have to translate this recipe, even though anyone could just by googling:

Caster sugar=superfine sugar (supermarkets sell the Domino brand of this in 1-pound boxes)

Double cream=heavy cream

150C=300F
140C=285F

Delia Smith= the UK equivalent of Martha Stewart without the jail time
