My heart aches for not being an evil persona
ah Kerri, prayers to ya', I have no words of wisdom, as mine are so much younger, but whenever we begin the packing and moving of being a military kid(every 2 1/2 years), I would cut off my friends and family emotionally, cause it hurt to leave, and it was my safety mechanism...I still fight it...a maybe to look at. With email and chats, staying in touch is much easier that a lazy girl(me) would do with letters in the 70's!
Homeschool is going great!
I found a Christian Liberty Speller book! And we are memorizing the letters and the little lesson, with it ex: B is for Babel, how foolish and vain. The plan of it's builders, a great name to gain!
The girls are learning spacing between words! And the phonical spelling words are great!
Eric is in golf camp for 2 hours in morning, and we (the other 3) breeze thru the work. He has homework, golf ethics and all for his camp, so he is just doing that at this time.
Gabriel has semi conquered contractions, if I would stop confusing him...lol He was a bit of a stinker this morning, so I gave him 2 choices...be misreable and do his work or change his attitude and do his work...ha ha Life is about choices...he changed the attitude, but he was hoping to hunch and slink out of the "hard" work. ha ha slave driver that I am!
Must run, pick up the oldest, and organize for the pool!
The trouble with bucket seats is that not everybody has the same size bucket~Maxine
