Make a list
it's the best cure I know for scattered wits. Actually more of a help than a cure per se. I've been trying to add something pampering to my daily list too, even if it's only a reminder to trim my fingernails - I know I'll leave it far too long if I don't get it on the list.
lack of an established routine will make it harder for you to stick to anything at the moment Hope, so just be grateful everytime you remember or actively make the choice to do something that's good fo you in some way. That's the way I've been going for a while, and I know it's going to get much worse for a long time before it gets better. Maybe we can start our walking programmes together... probably when it's too damn hot to walk knowing us!!!
