Emerils brisket

Forgot to mention in comment - after browning uncovered 40 minutes, cover AND turn oven to 325 degrees and continue cooking 5 - 6 hours. I forgot to mention oven temp. Sorry. But Emeril's recipe is not one I'd recommend. My recipe is a family recipe and has used by many!
