McDonald's is NOT safe
I don't know how long ago this article was written but as of today, McDonald's does report milk ingredients in their hamburgers AND french fries. Burger King does not, that is about the one fast food restaurant we ever go to, and even then rarely. I encourage anyone who has a reaction to milk to check websites and ingredients frequently, like the author said, manufacturers change ingredients frequently without notifying people. Almond and rice milk also make wonderful substitutes over soy (which is a plant based hormone and can be linked to cancer and thyroid problems, especially in children).
