I'm so motivated I gotmyself a kidney infection. Actually I'm quite glad that's what it is, because it was messing up a lot of things, and if it wasn't the kidney infection it would have been the Crohn's. The kidney infection can be treated with a course of antibiotics and plenty of rest (and again - HA!), but if it was Crohn's I can bet it would be more complicated. So right now I'm thanking my lucky stars, assuming that the rest will be better once the infection has cleared up and I'm going back to bed again!

I hope you manage to keep to your positive lifestyle changes Hope. I know I'm hoping to do more walking when I'm out of this godawful climate. How can anyone tell they have a fever when the weather's like this and the air-con's dodgy!?!
