I'm here and reading along, but I'm afraid it's hard enough work to get a half dozen hours of shut-eye, shower regularly and eat at least once a day. It shows of course... this kind of abuse can't kept up for long without there being outward signs. Still, it's all in a good cause, and I do solemnly promise that I will try harder with several things once I have a climate I can breathe in without developing gills!

need to go de-grease my hair (and no, I don't use hair products - this is all natural!)
