Happy Friday everybody.

I did something completely insane this morning. I went to Curves BEFORE work--meaning I was there at 7:15. Yikes. I don't mind a mid-morning workout, but doing it first thing was really hard for me to drag myself out for. My friend wants me to have dinner with her and the boys, though, and she sounded pretty bummed when I said I wouldn't be at her house till 6:15. So, I went this morning so I can get to her house by 5:15 instead. Amazing what I'll do for that family. I do feel really good right now, though. It would be nice to hold onto this sensation--maybe I would be inspired to go early again. Well, OK, maybe not until spring!
