Excellent Bread!
We tried this recipe over the weekend, and it was really excellent, certainly the best we've made. We didn't have any gluten, it's not easy to get hold of over here (the UK), but I just used 1/2 cup of white flour instead. The only trouble is we don't have a dough hook (or anything to attach it to. Or the means of buying one!) so it took AGES to kneed by hand. DH and I shared the kneeding, but it took over an hour! We're saving up for a Kitchen Aid/Kenwood, because we have to have this bread on a regular basis!
