Update!
DD does not have chicken pox. She has hives.! She is allergic to amoxocillin! I finally (after waiting all day) talked to a dr and explained my concerns and told her that I didnt think it was chicken pox because none of them had blistered and by the time she called the had started getting redder and had spread from bumps to large 1 dollar bill size patches. So now she is on benadryl only! I havent given her any antibiotic since Friday night and she is much better. They are almost all gone!!
Thank you for your advise. I am sad that she doesnt have chicken pox. We had a chicken pox party in the making for early this week.
Some girlfriends with children who havent had them where going to come over and keep her company! And I was happy to get them out of the way when the kids where so young.
DS13 has been exposed tons of times and never got them. DS10 got them at 5 months old, DS9 never had them and neither has DD4. I got them at 14 and I didnt get really sick just really itchy!
DD had no fever or anything. I guess my gut was telling me to stop the antibiotic. I knew something was up. I usually dont stop the antibiotic (or any medicine) early. I'm just glad its over and we found the root of it all!
You guys are the best!!
Thanks again
