Find a good book like Folk Socks and a local sock knitter to show you in person how to turn a heel, but even if you can't find a live person you can learn to do this. I taught myself from a book. Children in the Fair Isles used to turn out a pair a day whilst walking around doing their chores. It ain't that hard!
