our airport security's a bit hotter than that, though of course there's no such thing as domestic flights!
normally our police here carry handguns. I went to the airport a couple of times during the highest security times and there was a far higher police presence, plus the soldiers there all had machine guns! No messing!! It kind of bothers me that I'm actually getting used to the sight of guns everywhere (they have one armed policeman in every bank here too) - remembering of course that British police are still unarmed and we're proud of that. Don't know how much longer for though.
Amee, I reckon you must be right about that house. Either that or your husband's been near the Blarney stone recently!!
