My second daughter also had a hard time with pooping in the toilet. When she finally got the hang of peeing in the toilet, I told her just to wear her panties and then tell me when she needed to poop and I would put diaper on her. We did that for a couple of months, and she was very good about telling me so I could put her in a diaper. She eventually just grew out of it.
