Nothing yet! MIL called the listing agent and asked questions like she was interested in buying the house. The only info she got was that it is sold. MIL then told agent that she thought it was contingent and the agent said the contingent people had to come in within 24 hours with all the funds. I am trying to figure out what that means. Meanwhile I get a call from Wa agent and he says he hasnt heard anything and that they have until 9pm to give us an answer. So we only have 5 hours and 13 minutes to go. Thats the latest we have to wait!!
Thanks Fern! Believe it or not you helped me breathe. DH isn't helping! Poor guy is more nervous than I am. I knew I could count on someone to help me and keep me from going crazy.
