I would trade in my beloved rice cooker, my barely used microwave--yes! even my dishwasher!--if I had to, to keep my bright red KitchenAid mixer. (The one listed here is white, but it comes in a dozen other colors.) I adore it. I have the grain mill attachment and hanker for the food grinder and sausage attachment so I can make my own. Sturdy enough to be a family heirloom; your grandkids will be making cookies with this thing.
