Here in Oregon it's the same - the same treatment center. Also, I have a good friend who's a drug and alcohol councelor, and she's mentioned (when I've complained about my bil) that treatment centers have a pretty good rate of working. Although nothing is going to get you family member sober unless he WANTS to get sober. The nice thing about treatment centers is they get at least a month with no drugs, and sometimes that's all they need to be able to make the decision to stay that way. It gives them a chance to take a look at their life soberly, and realise where it's gone.
