Start with vinegar ..
You can try a solution of 1/4 cup vinegar to 1 cup water in a spray bottle. Let it sit for a while, then apply elbow grease.
If that doesn't work, there are some stronger products available, like Lime-Away and CLR. I'm not sure if they are available everywhere. They are very strong. You'll need rubber gloves and open windows for them.
