Am much better now
Today I don't feel dizzy at all. I can stand up, sit down, bend over, and walk without any dizziness or lightededness. I'm very pleased! Apparently it was just a 48 hour bug.
I'm feeling a little fuzzy headed but I think that's because I didn't do anything yesterday or this morning and need to clear my head.
I didn't knit while I was dizzy, it was too disconcerting to try to focus on precision handwork while my head felt like it was rolling around on my shoulders. But I'm ready now to start on sleeve #2 of my daughter's sweater. And vacuum, and take care of the recyclables, and contact our realtor...but I'll take it slow. Viruses are not something to take lightly. They're generally a message to slow down and take care of yourself because your wearing yourself out and, in one way or another, suppressing your immune system. IMHO.
