Description

Ingredients
- 1 cooked chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 oz butter
- 2 cubes chicken bouillion
- 3 c water
- 1 T tomato paste
- 3 celery sticked, diced
- 3 carrots, diced
Instructions
Cut Chicken into bite size pieces..Place into oven proof dish...Melt butter in pan add onion and paprika.Cook for 2 minutes.Add celery and tomato paste cook for a future 2 minutes..Add stock cube and water..Pour sauce over chicken...Cook for 1 hour with lid on dish..150 degress gas oven..
Dumplings
2 Cups Self Raising Flour
Pinch of Salt
1oz Butter
1/2 Cup Water
!/2 Cup Milk
Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Rub in the butter until it looks like fine bread crumbs...Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add a little of the milk and water at a time.Using a knife slowly slice through the mixture...Add more liquid and continue to slice through the dough until it is all combined...Place ontop of chicken and cook for a future 20 minutes with lid on...180 degress for gas oven..
