Description
Ingredients
- 1 c soy sauce
- 6 T of sugar
- 4 T of Oil(olive or whatever)
- whole bunch of green onions chopped up!
- 1 T pepper
- garlic ( I use the chopped stuff in a jar, about a forkfull)
- 1 c soy sauce
- 6 T of sugar
- 4 T of Oil(olive or whatever)
- whole bunch of green onions chopped up!
- 1 T pepper
- garlic ( I use the chopped stuff in a jar, about a forkfull)
Instructions
Mix all together-microwave for 30 secs to help dissolve the sugar.
Add beef: I use top sirloin, sliced thin. Chicken sliced is awesome too...as is wings. I usually marinate two days before I am going to cook, but 3-4 hours with the beef is still yummy.
There are many ways to cook--stir fry, for a moister beef. BBQ, for mouth watering goodness, or broil(my fav) for moist, mouth watering goodness!
Really great over white rice!
Notes
I hope this recipe works for you. Kids like it! It is easy to marinate-and cooks up quick!
