Ingredients

  • 1c soy sauce
  • 6T of sugar
  • 4T of Oil(olive or whatever)
  • whole bunch of green onions chopped up!
  • 1T pepper
  • garlic ( I use the chopped stuff in a jar, about a forkfull)

Instructions

Mix all together-microwave for 30 secs to help dissolve the sugar.

Add beef: I use top sirloin, sliced thin. Chicken sliced is awesome too...as is wings. I usually marinate two days before I am going to cook, but 3-4 hours with the beef is still yummy.

There are many ways to cook--stir fry, for a moister beef. BBQ, for mouth watering goodness, or broil(my fav) for moist, mouth watering goodness!

Really great over white rice!
